Concerts in the Home

Enjoy a unique musical experience and socialize with new friends between sets.

Jazz House Concert Atlanta

Our Sunday concerts in the home are the perfect way to get close to the music. Guests arrive at 5pm, for two sets of music with a break in between. Performers enjoy an attentive audience and you enjoy a true listening experience (pictured above, Louis Heriveaux plays a tribute to Mulgrew Miller, at the home of Pawel and Renata Pliszka).

Andres RoviraCollaboration between guest musicians and young players is encouraged (pictured at left, student Andres Rovira joins the ensemble for a tune). On the break between sets, ALOMA creates a welcoming atmosphere with food, beverages and the chance to socialize with musicians and fellow music lovers from around Atlanta.

Unless otherwise noted, the cost to attend a concert is $28/ $15 for students with ID, and dinner is included. The majority of the proceeds from our concerts are paid to the musicians. Volunteers make this possible by hosting concerts, providing food and bringing friends to help expand the ALOMA circle.

You can find dates for upcoming concerts on our calendar page. We present musical genres from jazz to classical and world music. Learn about the high quality of performers ALOMA presents, from nationally and internationally touring musicians to many of Atlanta’s best, on our Past Concerts page.

To attend a concert, join our email list. We send out two announcements prior to each event giving the location and ticket purchase link. Tickets can be purchased online through Brown Paper Tickets, a safe and secure ticket seller. Often musicians will have their CD’s for sale during the break between sets.
